This includes weekly reconciling of bank accounts, month-end procedures, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, etc. We have a competitive advantage over the competition due to our Founder's 18+ years of bookkeeping services for JLM Enterprises. This franchise consisted of 13 Papa Johns stores throughout Wyoming and Northern Colorado. We offer the efficiency and price point of automated bookkeeping companies, while providing the customer service of a physical firm. We specialize in having an open phone line between the client and us, to quickly fulfill their needs.

One size doesn't fit all. Your bookkeeping should be done how YOU want it. Unlike most companies, we don't force our own software. If you want your bookkeeping done through your own software and to keep your own data, we can do that! If you want it done through our software, we can do that! It's all about YOU as the business owner. We strive to personalize each bookkeeping experience to fit it to the business owner.

We do ALL Bookkeeping.

As mentioned before, we want to make life easier on you. Services include:

Monthly P&L's to you by the 15th of the following month.
1099's prepared at the end of year.
Year-end reports ready by January 31.
Financial Analysis at the end of each month , with our own insights.
Monthly Sales Tax.
Daily, Weekly or Monthly inputting of sales. (Owner's choice)
Accounts Payable and Receivable.
We offer the ability to call and resolve vendor issues. (Franchise Specific).

Expertise in "Aggregators"

One of our biggest strengths is our knowledge of how to account for aggregators (i.e. Door Dash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc.) appropriately. With many years of working with these delivery sights, we know how to pull reports to ensure we accurately account for business sales through these 3rd-party aggregators.

Communication

We answer our phone and emails promptly. We know that as a business owner, you are working hours beyond the normal "9-5" clock, and to match that, we communicate with you outside of the typical "9-5, Monday-Friday" communication period.
