We do ALL bookkeeping. As mentioned before, we want to make life easier on you. Services include:

Monthly P&L's to you by the 15th of the following month.

1099's prepared at the end of year.

Year-end reports ready by January 31.

Financial Analysis at the end of each month , with our own insights.

Monthly Sales Tax Payments.

Weekly or Monthly inputting of sales. (Owner's choice)

Accounts Payable and Receivable.

We offer the ability to call and resolve vendor issues. (Franchise specific).
Communication
We answer our phone and emails promptly. We get it. We know that as a business owner, you are working hours beyond the normal "9-5" clock, and to match that, we communicate with you outside of the typical "9-5, Monday-Friday" communication period. We provide a 'can do' attitude to ensure you are getting what's best for your business!
Expertise in Aggregator's
One of our biggest strengths is our knowledge of how to account for aggregators (i.e. Door Dash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc.) appropriately. With many years of working with these delivery providers as bookkeepers and franchise owners, we know how to ensure we accurately account for business sales through these 3rd-party aggregators. We ensure that these 3rd-party fees are correctly accounted for, accurately extracted from your account and sales totals match.
